Zippy’s to open third Las Vegas location in S. Eastern this fall

HENDERSON, Nevada (Island News) -- Las Vegas is welcoming another Zippy’s restaurant with lots of aloha in S. Eastern, opening this fall.

The highly anticipated third location will be at 9570 S. Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89123, just a short distance from Harry Reid International Airport. After the popularity of the first two mainland restaurants, the Henderson community can get a taste of the islands in Fall 2025.

“We are thrilled to open our S. Eastern location!” said Zippy’s regional operations director Belma Soliven. “Bringing Zippy’s to the Henderson community is an opportunity for us to share a little piece of our home from Hawaii to more of our ʻohana here in Las Vegas!”

To prepare for this opening Zippy’s also is hiring for all positions for the S. Eastern location and will be hosting multiple hiring events in partnership with EmployNV. The date, time and locations of the hiring events can be found below:
