LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A Henderson resort is ready to completely overhaul its nearly 500 hotel rooms and suites.
Station Casinos announced that Green Valley Ranch Resort will renovate all of its guest rooms, part of a property-wide transformation.
“Every room and suite has been completely reimagined with bespoke finishes, refined design, and thoughtful touches that cater to the discerning modern traveler,” vice president and general manager Ken Janssen said in a statement. “Our new accommodations will be some of the most distinctive rooms and suites in the city, and will complement the elevated experiences we offer across the property.”
Designed in partnership with Avenue Interior Design, the renovation will turn each room into a “serene escape” that evokes a “sophisticated pied-à-terre ambiance,” according to Station Casinos.
The redesign of the West Tower is planned for completion this fall, and full room and suite renovation is scheduled for completion next year.
More property announcements are expected in the coming months. Station Casinos says the cost of the room and convention renovation is expected to be about $200 million.
