DMV NEVADA: C, D, Bureaucracy That Destroys the Human Spirit

Cc: Mayor of Las Vegas, Governor, Nevada Senators and Congressmen, Las Vegas Police Department, and FBI Las VegasIn the Nevada desert, under the scorching sun and scarce shade, stands the DMV — a place that should serve the people. Instead, it has become a trap of indifference and chaos. Lines are endless, employees do not smile, their clothing does not reflect the status of the institution, and badges are reversed, making names unreadable. Regular employees have no business cards, and translator services are not provided by phone, which constitutes a clear violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. § 2000d) and the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Every step here becomes a trial: poorly marked parking lots, overpriced cafes where water in the desert is inaccessible, and an atmosphere filled with indifference. Employees act like feudal lords, and clients are treated as serfs, forced to wait. Even a simple request for a translator is met with discrimination. These actions put people’s lives at risk: blood pressure spiked to 191/142, hypertensive crises, and the threat of death — all real consequences of bureaucratic neglect.

Corruption is evident: vehicle registration costs are 70% higher than in other states, fees are inflated, and there may be a cartel-like collusion with the airport — violations of law and the Constitution that demand FBI attention.

Philosophical aspect: The DMV operates under an implicit feudal model: the client is a serf, the employee a feudal lord. This is felt in every glance, every dismissal of a visitor, every artificially created obstacle. No one smiles, no one shows human empathy — and this is in a government agency designed to serve people.

Dress code and corporate style: Employees must wear a uniform with the DMV logo, symbolizing responsibility and transparency. Casual attire is permitted only on Saturdays, when customer traffic is minimal.

The DMV should be the face of the state, not its cold wall. Here, conscience, honesty, and respect for people — principles God expects in public service — are absent. True power of the state is shown through care for life, health, and citizens’ rights.

We want to see the DMV differently. We want smiles, attention, and respect. We want transparency: readable badges, business cards distributed, translators available on request. We want fair pricing and water accessible in the desert. The DMV must reflect conscience, honesty, and Godly principles — respect for human life and welfare.

Today, the Nevada DMV is nonsense, a symbol of bureaucratic feudalism. Tomorrow, it can be a place where law and humanity go hand in hand. Until then, we cry out.

People ask questions about the Nevada DMV:

Why discrimination? Feudal laziness and indifference to human dignity.

Why are services so expensive? Greed, corruption, and disregard for justice.

Why are there no small water bottles with the DMV logo when we are in the desert? Disrespect for human life and needs.

Why are employees not in branded DMV attire? Creating chaos is psychologically beneficial for the system.

Why is the parking lot poorly marked? Greed and cutting corners at the expense of safety.

Why are there no smiles from employees? The principle of slave/feudal, where the client is subordinate and the civil servant dominates.

Why is there a cartel-like collusion with the airport and other agencies? Greed and corrupt interests.

Why is the cafeteria overpriced? Greed and exploitation of consumers.

Why are there long lines? Poor management, unprofessionalism, understaffing, lack of modern technology adoption.

Why are mail inquiries ignored? Laziness, neglect, and disregard for citizens.

Why should people stand in line early in the morning in the heat for hours without air conditioning? (mockery, disrespect, torture by heat, cruel management)

This is not just a list of complaints — it is a cry of the soul, a philosophical reflection on how institutions of power stop being human and become machines devoid of conscience and compassion.( Every element of the DMV system reflects human vices: greed, indifference, fear of responsibility)

People want to see the DMV differently: an institution where respect for people outweighs procedures, where honesty and conscience guide actions, where concern for the life and dignity of every citizen is a priority. Where employees smile, help, explain, provide necessary services including interpreters, and are held accountable for their actions.

In this context, GOD, conscience, and honesty are inseparable guides: any system that ignores morality and respect for people contradicts the laws of life and justice, and true power is service, not domination.

This article is based on my personal experience visiting the DMV. The employees discriminated against me, violated my rights under the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, violated the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. §2000d), denied access to government services, caused a hypertensive crisis with blood pressure 191/142 — life-threatening, showed complete disrespect, treated me like an animal, refused to provide an interpreter (employees Ms. Clara and Nunies), ignored letters sent via FedEx, deprived me of the ability to use my car in the desert for several days, creating social and life difficulties, there is video and photographic evidence, stress, moral and physical damage, systemic violations, public exposure via YouTube — https://www.youtube.com/@discriminationinLasVegas, demands for an official apology, provision of interpreters to all clients in need, staff training on loyalty and the 1964 law, compensation, posting notifications about available services. DMV’s actions constitute a violation of honesty, conscience, and human dignity.

Possible Resolution:

Dismissal of all DMV management and vetting for government positions, appointment of young, intelligent, modern leaders, all employees to undergo training on loyalty and the law, wear uniforms with the DMV logo, provide water freely in the desert, reduce service costs — a victory over corruption by the FBI.
