LAS VEGAS (Sept. 30, 2025) – Beth Campbell, owner and CEO of Campbell House, a full-service architectural interior design studio based in Las Vegas that designs premier hospitality projects around the world, including Las Vegas venues like The Vanderpump Hotel, Café Lola, Tacos & Tequila, and Guest House, has launched her second book, “Lessons from the Valley.”
Available on various online retail sites, “Lessons from the Valley” offers clear and concise reflections on how life’s valleys can be challenging but also offer valuable opportunities for growth and self-discovery.
A sequel to Campbell’s first book, “The Journey Through,” that detailed her experience battling cancer, “Lessons from the Valley” empowers the reader to come away with a new perspective on life’s valleys —not as setbacks, but as invitations to curiosity and transformation.
“We all experience valleys in life—whether they come as obstacles, setbacks, betrayals, or simply poor decisions,” said Campbell. “Lessons from the Valley is a reminder that you are not alone. Many have walked this path before you, and many are walking it alongside you now. I wrote this book as I was looking and searching for meaning and purpose, and the lessons I learned enabled me to find the best version of myself. I hope my reflections on how I found hope and courage moving past the darkest valleys in my life can inspire others to do the same.”
While the stories in “Lessons from the Valley” are told through the lens of a corporate executive and cancer survivor, the book’s principles transcend titles and circumstances. “No matter what your walk of life or the nature of your challenge, these reflections are meant to resonate, inspire, and guide you through your own valley,” added Campbell.
A successful executive and active member of the Las Vegas community, Campbell wrote the book entirely at the lobby coffee shop at the Durango Hotel & Casino, which became her creative sanctuary “buzzing with life, yet quiet enough to reflect and write.”
“Lessons from the Valley” is available for purchase on Amazon, Apple Books, Goodreads, and Barnes & Noble with the editorial description: “We’ve all been there, the proverbial valley. The harsh reality is that we must go through these stages in life to sharpen our resolve, develop our perseverance, and strengthen our character. As we traverse valleys, the goal should be to learn and grow. Together we can learn to not only look for uncertainty but race toward it as soon as we recognize it. Let’s boldly embrace the opportunity to find the best version of ourselves.”
