An insertion order cancelled within 24-hours will be refunded from time of purchase. Publishers reserve the right to reject or cancel any advertising at any time. Advertiser and/or Agency indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher, its officers and employees against any expenses, including legal fees, and other losses resulting from publication of any advertising for which the Advertiser is responsible — this includes, without limitation, suits for libel, copyright infringement, plagiarism or violation of rights of privacy.
